The two serine proteases, 3RP2 and 1HNE, most used in the homology modeling and the final FDB chain are color-coded per residue by rms mainchain B-factor. The RMS deviations from the final FDB structure are also given. The initial homology models of Factor D are FDMB and FDQB. These models after the X-PLOR SA protocol are FDMBX and FDQBX.
